Although there are free and capable editors and build tools out there, JetBrains tools are cross-platform and have allowed me to avoid some of the disruption when I have to switch between Linux/Windows. For now this is a simple tier to allow supporting me. I am committed to keeping the normal functionality (including more vulnerability sources in the future) free to use, bug free, and under the MIT license.
I'm considering adding features to a "Premium" set of NuGetDefense packages that are more difficult to maintain, for performance reasons cannot be included in the free version and will require a server somewhere in the cloud. $1/month would be the base cost of this package. Anything that goes into a "Premium" package is likely to focus on specific developer requests that would cause breaking changes, performance problems, etc to the normal package.
