Migrate the codebase to

  • TypeScript
  • Runs on Deno 2 and Bun
    • Ignores Node.js until it supports TypeScript without having to maintain a build pipeline.
  • Import @mapbox/mbtiles by default.
    • Better types and developer experience at the cost of compatibility because it requires binaries for reading the SQLite format
