EventNotifier(eventsystem) is a mechanism for publishing Events to any Object.
Objects can subscribe to Events using EventNotifier.SubscribeEvent, and EventNotifier can notify Events to them at any timing using EventNotifier.BroadcastEvent.
This sample Event expresses batteries of EVs and charging from stations.
