All contribution must be done with a Pull Request.
They should pass all test.
If you add new conversion please also add test for it.
If you can add localization at the time it would be great else we will add them later.
Please submit new arb file with your new language following the pattern for en_US or other language already there. To help you getting starter you can follow all the step here.
