Add XP-Pen Deco 02 Support

It's not officially supported yet, but you can use this tablet.cfg to make it work.
Download the tablet.txt file linked below, open it and save it as tablet.cfg
Then move the tablet.cfg file in to TabletDriverV0.2.3\config

tablet.txt

You should overwrite the tablet.cfg that's already there.

Once you've done this, restart the driver and you should see that it detects your tablet
