Config and CI/CD changes can be previewed on their own in 3f5931e
Note:
.jshintrcsetquotmarktosingle, but the code was 50/50 and double is the norm, so I accepted the defaults for that. For the other settings the defaults reflected the previous values in.jshintrc.
