The start parameter selects selects results starting from a user-defined value. It can be used to circumvent pagination when using multiple calls.

The start parameter selects offsets results by a user-defined value.
It can be used to circumvent pagination using multiple calls to
scholar.py.This solves #43 and #105 and is an alternative to 44. This PR differs with 44 in that the
startoption is added as a CLI argument with a 'help' line and processed like all other arguments..
