I feel this should be incorporated in lines 253-254 which relate to getting set up for the upgrade. At present it is after the part about running the application. I suggest there also needs to be a suggestion that the csd database import part needs to be done again - is it possible to link to that part of this document?

I've moved the comment about asking for a new database download link earlier and modified it to say that the customer should check the release notes to see whether one is required. I've also added a link to the page on setting up your PostgreSQL server and restoring the database.
