- Introduced FileInputConfig to manage new configuration options for file watching.
- Implemented watchForNewFiles and checkForNewFiles methods to monitor and process newly created files.
- Added a new test case to validate the functionality of watching for new files.
- Updated settings to include options for enabling file watching and setting the watch interval.
