COMMUNITY EDITION LICENSE

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person or organization obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Software, subject to the following conditions:

1. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE
   - The Software may be used freely for personal, educational, research, and non-commercial purposes.

2. COMMERCIAL USE RESTRICTIONS
   - Organizations with annual gross revenue exceeding $1,000,000 USD are prohibited from using this Software without a Commercial License.
   - Any commercial use, redistribution, or derivative works for commercial purposes require either:
     a) A written Commercial License from The Bitcoin Corporation LTD, OR
     b) A revenue-sharing agreement of 5% of gross revenue derived from the Software

3. ATTRIBUTION REQUIREMENT
   - All copies or substantial portions of the Software must include this license notice.
   - Any derivative works must clearly attribute The Bitcoin Corporation LTD as the original creator.

4. ANTI-COMPETITIVE CLAUSE
   - Creating competing commercial products using this Software requires written permission from The Bitcoin Corporation LTD.
   - Forking this Software to create closed-source commercial alternatives is prohibited without a Commercial License.

5. COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTIONS
   - Contributions to the Community Edition grant The Bitcoin Corporation LTD unlimited rights to use said contributions in Commercial versions.

6. ENFORCEMENT
   - Violations of this license may result in legal action and damages.
   - The Bitcoin Corporation LTD reserves the right to audit commercial users for compliance.

7. DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
