Updated all kube-proxy addon versions to match publicly available versions from EKS API (aws eks describe-addon-versions): - 1.34: v1.34.0-eksbuild.5 -> v1.34.0-eksbuild.4 - 1.33: v1.33.3-eksbuild.11 -> v1.33.3-eksbuild.10 - 1.32: v1.32.6-eksbuild.13 -> v1.32.6-eksbuild.12 - 1.31: v1.31.10-eksbuild.13 -> v1.31.10-eksbuild.12 - 1.30: v1.30.14-eksbuild.8 -> v1.30.14-eksbuild.18 - 1.29: v1.29.15-eksbuild.16 -> v1.29.15-eksbuild.26 - 1.28: v1.28.15-eksbuild.31 -> v1.28.15-eksbuild.41 The documented versions were not available via the EKS API, causing customer confusion when attempting to install or update addons.
