Upgrade to React 19, fix 11 package vulnerabilities, removed some unused deps, fixed a couple small type issues, moved tailwind config to vite.
I tested running all the builds, dev and the tests. There is no changes to the UI/UX, only under-the-hood changes.
It should mean that the docs keep ticking along for a while to come.
