Fix #3107

  • Updates mpt_holders, Get MPTokenIssuance, and Get MPToken with a Mainnet "Try It" example.
  • Also changed "Get MPT Issuance Object" to "Get MPT Issuance Entry" for consistency. Same with "Get MPToken Object".
