Added an inference script specifically designed for super-resolution up to 1080p(or any other target size), and optimized video input and output processing using FFmpeg.
By simply modifying TARGET_LONG_EDGE, you can achieve proportional upscaling to any desired size (replacing the original center_crop operation).
After testing, the data preprocessing time was reduced from 5.56 s to 0.90 s, and the video saving time was reduced from 7.9 s to 3.5 s.
