[BUG?] When opening a Python project directory, command windows start flashing by

When opening a python project, the first time Zed starts it will flash a couple of command-screens.

My guess, probably some background processes being fired in the background without the hidden setting enabled?

Upon examination of the footage I took for the animated Gif, it seems to be while detecting Python installs on the system.
I have for other purposes a Msys2 install with Python versions. It refers to 'C:\msys64\ucrt64\bin\python'.
