Active multicursor via selecting lines with holding ⌥

In Xcode, there is an ideal method that selecting multiline with holding ⌥ to active multicursor.

Zed does not support selecting through lines with holding ⌥ currently.

Can you try selecting with alt-shift and see if this way works for you?

I assume you mean while dragging? You can hold down ⌥ and click right?

Edit: Did not know about the alt-shift thing. Good to know both methods.
