Having lat/lng and geom from DB is a code smell 👃🏾

We started out with GDK using lt/lng rows and moved later on to use postgis geometry. We actually wanted to deprecated the lat/lng fields but never got to it and keept them around (to busy doing other things I guess).

Now a code search in the repo makes it unclear if the lat/lng fileds are still in use. They are included in TreeCoreData. Maybe someone who was involved in the last rewrite can shed some light here? @raphael-arce @aeschi ?

(Thing is that I need to support these fields in the migration of the baumkataster 2025)

I went through the repo and checked for all uses of treeCoreData and we never seem to use lat/lng but instead treeCoreData.geom.coordinates for the map interaction (easeTo).
