Change Time Frames

I love this little app as it helps me clear out all the distractions and see the tickers from the command line where I spend a lot of time.
BUT
I don't see how I can change the time_frame setting from the interactive shell. If I am missing something obvious, then may I say, "its not obvious and please make the documentation clearer".
