Better rendering of dataframes

Hi, what if we used Simple Emacs Spreadsheet somehow to have a better representation of a dataframe when debugging code that involves dataframes? 💡

An idea for the UI experience would be to embark or run a keybind that would import the the dataframe as csv (tsv) in to SES like the EIN code does above.
