Feature request: convert names of the months to numbers

I wish there was a way to convert "january" into "01", "february" into "02", etc., for English, but also for at least several major languages.

My use case is rather typical: I have several pdf files with names that include months (in French in this case), like "Expenses voyage blah blah Août 2024", "Quittance blah blah 2024 Mars", which is very disorganized way, and I need to give order by renaming with this app.

Perhaps it can be solved by implementing (not implemented yet) the features for saving, importing, and exporting rules. (Set 12 rules and reuse them.)
