Promeutheus and Grafana only shows traffic of `eth0` even if I have multiple interfaces

I am trying to monitor a server with multiple network interfaces but I seems like only eth0 is being monitored.
How can I monitor all interfaces?

The Prometheus inspector shows me that my node is detecting all interfaces.

But is not exporting the network traffic stats

Which is also reflected in Grafana

The default Dashboard and deployment monitor the network usage of the node-exporter container.

If you are using https://github.com/stefanprodan/dockprom/blob/master/docker-compose.exporters.yml and intending to monitor multiple of your interfaces you need to also modify the Dashboard.
