failed to start go-dnsmasq on port 53

The error "permission denied" is seen in the /var/log/go-dnsmasq/go-dnsmasq.log file

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?

Adding the environment variable "GO_DNSMASQ_RUNAS=root" solves this problem.
