iOS applications often fail to maintain context.

I've found two scenarios where context gets lost:
1. When switching modes, for example from plan mode to yolo mode (consistently reproducible)
2. When the context is relatively long, continuing to ask questions may lead to context loss (not sure about exact reproduction timing)
