Custom sorting of tables on database page

Hello! I am wondering if it is possible to create a custom sorting for tables on database pages? By default the tables are sorted alphabetically but I'd like to sort the tables on https://data.catalyst.coop/pudl to be sorted by prefix such that tables with the out_ prefix come first tables with the core_ prefix are last.

Is this a job for custom templates?
