News api service is NOT free, stop using it!

Do not use / promote newsapi.org any longer!
The free developer role is NOT available to any kind of user.
The cheapest option costs 450 USD per MONTH (5400 USD per annum)!

In my opinion, this is just ridiculous pricing for this Indian SAAS company making big bucks from aggregating (free?) news feed data automatically.

Thanks for your efforts to get this running again, but why did the news scroller have to be removed completely? I get that there was an expensive news option, but I always used the BBC news API which was free and was one of my main uses for this. Couldn't just the expensive one have been removed?

Also for BBC news, the newsapi.org news aggregation service is being used.
I do not want to promote their too restrictive product. I also do not want to get sued for providing illegal access.
Back in 2018 it was free, but now not anymore, see history in Qrome/marquee-scroller#301.2
