Release with the latest pyproject.toml changes

Hi,

In #145 you did transition from the old setup.py to the new pyproject.toml configuration system. Fedora is deprecating the building of packages using the old setup.py files. Would it be possible to cut a new release of pytest-trio to get this update ?
