Implement AC-Dipole driving terms

RDTs with AC-Dipole component. Implemented in https://github.com/pylhc/Beta-Beat.src/blob/63c5e39f63b03c00d18289cc9813a912fa6b933f/twiss_optics/optics_class.py#L338

Should probably an input parameter in RDT calculation, as a lot of the code is duplicated.
