The ability to by default open a window maximized not fullscreen

I'd love to to double-click a file and have it be in windowed but not-full-screen full-screen whatever it's called, but I've tried like 50 different thingies to add to mpv.conf (wtf why can't I just do it normal like all other software?) and none of them work.
