Import miniflux v1 sqlite-db-data (feeds only) into v2

Hey guys,
i installed a new Miniflux instance on a new server. In the old server I had a v1 running. Unfortunately it's not working anymore, but I still have the v1-sqlite database. Is there a way / procedure to import these feeds into v2 Miniflux?
