Description
Hi @aycabas ,
To ensure the successful delivery of your lab, it must undergo a security review by our team. This process helps prevent fraudulent activity on the cloud subscriptions during the event.
Retrieving the resource scrape is a simple but critical step. It enables us to create an Azure Control Policy (ACP) that limits the lab to only the resources attendees need to complete it. This is essential to avoid delays in lab delivery and prevent unauthorized high costs.
Please note: The tech check links will not function until the security review has been completed and approved.
Steps to Retrieve the Resource Scrape:
Launch the lab and deploy all necessary cloud resources required for it.
In the Azure Portal, use the search bar at the top to find and select Resource Explorer.

On the left-hand side of the screen, navigate through the blades under Subscriptions until you reach the Resources tab.

Do not expand the Resources tab further; simply click on it to populate the resource JSON code in the box on the right.
Note: If no resources are deployed, the box will be empty.
Copy the entire JSON code displayed in the box on the right, paste it into a code editor of your choice, and save it as a .json file.
Send the .json file to us via GitHub
Once we receive the resource scrape, we will develop the ACP and proceed with the security review. The review typically takes 24-48 hours to complete. Once approved, the lab will be accessible via the tech check and event pages.
If you have any questions or need assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to the team.
Thank you for your cooperation-we're excited to help you bring your lab to the finish line!
