[BUG] Windows AI APIs not Available After Recent Update

Describe the bug
Gallery fails to load all Windows AI API samples

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Samples
2. Go to Text / Generate Text page
3. See error

Samepls / Image / Descrilbe image has the same error

Expected behavior
Sample loads correctly
