Run Full KVM integration test in Prow

currently in GCP we use these VMS:

Machine configuration
Machine type
n2-standard-8 (8 vCPUs, 32 GB Memory)
CPU platform
Intel Cascade Lake

we need to find simmilar machine in Prow to run that
