Feature Request: Standardize Log Location(s)

Maybe I'm missing something here but I don't see what value storing logs from where the binary was launched from (if log location isn't configured) has to usability or extendibility. I'm working on documenting an upstream package that consumes kismet's logs and need to write a script to find that location. It seems like if there is no configured location on first launch of the binary that the config should be changed to a location like /var/log/ or ~/.kismet/logs.
