Add face landmarks to expressive avatar

Description

As of right now, the 2D expressive avatar has hand and pose landmarks. See:

However, we can also add face landmarks to it. See here. This would essentially add the 5th parameter of Non-Manual Signals to the expressive avatar; however, face landmarks are not very readable and it might just be redundant/creepy.
