Adding a custom button for a CV

Hello,

I'm wondering if there is a way to add a custom button in the footer of my website which will open my CV (I'm currently using the minima theme). For reference it would be something like the rightmost button in the below screenshot and ideally when it's clicked it opens a PDF file of my CV.
