Currently the title bar for card charges includes an edit button for the transaction memo followed by the phrase "TRANSACTION MEMO for $X.XX". What I am proposing is to bring this same interface for the title bar to other transactions such as checks and HCB transfers. #8757 introduced more informative memos for PayPals and Wires which were previously missing so there should be the same information contained in this title bar now everywhere just displayed differently. Attached a few screenshots for reference.
