Consider adding `dino.icu` to PSL?

About this issue

While PSL could technically workaround the domain root issues some might experience when trying to add their subdomain.dino.icu to Cloudflare and friends to manage their DNS records (or in case of Vercel, that additional DNS TXT challenge), I think we should consider this from a security standpoint (especially cookies) since dino.icu operates at the same level as js.org and others.
