Godot v4.4.stable - Windows 11 (build 26100) - Multi-window, 2 monitors - Vulkan (Forward+) - dedicated NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (NVIDIA; 32.0.15.6636) - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500 (20 threads)

Issue description

Changing where I start drawing a second rectangle using the TileMapLayer terrain painting tools can cause completely different outcomes depending on where I start drawing.

Steps to reproduce

As per the screenshots above, draw different rectangles within the MRP at different places to produce very differennt results.
