Download from local Registery

Hello,

I am working in a air-gapped environment so I don't have acces to Github. Obviously command like uv run spacy download fr_core_news_sm fails. However with have a local Gitlab that we can access. Is it doable to download the model on this Gitlab and is there a command to say to spacy the url of the registery ?
I haven't find anything in this direction in the documentation.
