ctrl+print intended to save screenshot in file and to clipboard not working properly

we have two utility shortcuts print for copying screenshot to clipboard and ctrl+print to save file and copy screenshot to clipboard. But the ctrl+print do saving the file but not actually copying screnshot to clipboard. How to fix it
