Notification forcing current workspace switch to another workspace

I usually use Telegram and it's usually open in my workspace, but when I'm working in another workspace and if there's notification comes from Telegram my current workspace force switches to Telegram's workspace, it's so annoying, I couldn't find any options for this in configuration. Is that a bug or is this intended? Either way, can anyone help me fix this issue, I can't live like this-_-
