In v2 elements are available in StripeElements component instance -

You can also access them via inject in all children

vue-stripe-js/src/components/StripeElements.vue

provide("providedElements", elements)

Seems like you need them in the wrapper around StripeElements, I suggest using ref. And I recommend upgrading from to v2, then you don't need to pass slot props, migration guide
