Minikube 1.18 incompatible to operator #130

Hi,
It seems like the storage-provisioner of minikube is not compatible with the iofog-operator see: kubernetes/minikube#8610 this will leave the controller-sqlite PVC in a pending state and the error logs from the reference PR.
