Docs Platform Migration is done!

We are officially migrated to our new docs platform, Mintlify! (details in #7938) 🎉

This is just the first part of our project to improve the docs. We needed to get our content moved over to Mintlify before we can continue with the changes we want to make next.

🎨 Design Tweaks and Bugs

We didn't want to tackle moving all the content and redesigning things too much so we tried to stick to our previous design for the migration. You might encounter a few design and styling bugs, we will be working on resolving those.

Mintlify gives us a much better foundation to build on so we will be building out a new theme for that soon.

❌ Merge Conflicts on Existing PRs

We know that this migration created a lot of merge conflicts. Over the next few weeks, we will be burning down the open PRs so if you have a conflict, please update it and we'll take another look. I'll come around and try to help out with some of the conflicts too.

👀 What's next

• We'll be fixing some CSS rough patches, feel free to share them below as you find them
• We will be merging in docs PRs that are still relevant and closing very outdated ones
• We will be moving on to refactoring the actual docs content- especially for topics like oauth, etc that need some love (read more on this in the PR)
• We are working on finishing the Open API Spec (more on this 🔜 )
