Slow Docker startup (15+ minutes) after docker-compose down and rebuild

Hi, thanks for maintaining this great project! When I rebuild the project, it takes nearly 15 minutes to start up. I think the problem relates to Traefik. Does anyone else have the same issue?
Is this expected behavior with the current Docker setup?

Could you provide more details about this question? Like:

• A short description of what happens in the container while on build time.
• Which commands are you running for that build?
• Which versions of the images are you building?
• How long have you been working on the project at this point?
• Only happens in production?

More than 5' in build time is too long time, unless it has weird external dependencies, or a really specific build flow. A normal project should not take that amount of time.
