“No data was saved due to an empty response” error on streamlit app (not the legacy version)

I keep getting this error when trying to load tweets. It happens repeatedly even though there are tweets in the wayback machine from that same day. I have made the limit one day long and it’s still saying it was an empty response. Please help! 🙏

@aardvarkshere this error usually appears when no tweets are returned. You can test it directly from the API in your browser using the URL:
http://web.archive.org/cdx/search/cdx?url=https://twitter.com/USERNAME/status/*&limit=5&from=20250101&to=20250619&output=json

If there is a response, let me know and I’ll take a closer look at the tool code.

It’s also worth noting that the Wayback Machine has been unstable over the past few days.

@claromes now the domain name is not twitter.com but x.com
