Blank term

Just decided to revisit Musikcube. I installed it (v3.0.5) and fired it up. A ton of text shot by but then nothing. Term went blank like a reset command and nothing is drawn. You have to ctrl C to get back to a prompt. Tried it in a different terminal, same thing. (urxvt|uxterm|xst|st)

*st is the only terminal that does something different. musikcube starts the same with the huge flood of text (shown in the gist below) but then when the screen clears "Welcome to Musikcube" is printed to screen. Hitting enter or anything to get some kind of interface results in the term going black like all the others and ctrl c is the only way out.

I've installed from repo's and built from source...both behave the same. If I ctrl-c in some cases all the text that flew by is shown again which is just an insane cascading array of "random" Jack: lines.

I just did a quick test in a VM running an XFCE based distro in XFterm. Musikcube worked. I did some digging and the culprate seems to be UsePaletteColors. If it's true it fails to work. Setting to false and it seems to work.
