以下问题应该都是同一类，由quick note窗口遮罩引起：

• 输入时，标签列表被遮挡

- 点击更多，quick note窗口出现异常

• quick note模式没有关闭方式，建议按esc直接关闭quick note窗口

The following problems should all be of the same type, caused by the quick note window mask:

• Tag list is obscured while typing

- Click more and the quick note window will appear abnormally.

• There is no way to close quick note mode. It is recommended to close the quick note window directly by pressing esc

你反馈的 Quick Note 窗口 UI 问题，主要原因在于当前实现方式：

• Quick Note 窗口是通过 DialogStore 和 Dialog/Provider 以模态弹窗（Modal）的形式实现，遮罩层（overlay）z-index 很高，导致标签自动补全下拉框、工具栏“更多”菜单等 Popover 组件被遮挡或异常，这和弹窗、卡片、Popover 的 z-index 及 overflow 管理有关，代码中没有专门处理让下拉菜单浮在遮罩层之上相关实现。

• ESC 快捷键关闭 Quick Note 目前未实现，只有点击关闭按钮或遮罩（isDismissable=true）才会关闭弹窗，Dialog/Provider 和 Editor 组件都没有监听 ESC 事件相关实现。

这些问题在已有 issue 和 PR 中暂无修复或 workaround 方案。要彻底解决，需要调整弹窗和 Popover 的层级关系（z-index/portal），并在 Dialog 组件中增加 ESC 关闭逻辑。
