Description
This has to be the WORST free service I have ever used in my life, not because it's bad but support is nonexistent, even niche services out there had at least a STATEMENT or RESPONSE from ANYONE from their staff team but for some reason, AWS, a BIG company suddenly has zero resources for support?
What is going on here? I am seeing issues straight up ignored for WEEKS to almost months, even me asking help for my account not being approved even though I KNOW it's been more than 5 business days is criminal
