Add Deployment Infrastructure
Summary
This PR adds deployment automation for the DBTop Monitoring Tool by introducing a deployment script and associated configuration.
Changes
• Added conf/deploy.sh: New deployment script to automate the deployment process
• Added conf/.gitignore: Git ignore rules for the conf directory to exclude deployment artifacts
